How about spending some time on the river? You can make your way to Cache La Poudre River, and perhaps it’s time to go fly fishing. You can also go on some rafting adventures along this wild river that is said to be quite scenic. There are tunnels there, and people say that you can expect to see wildlife, too. There are parks in the area, and you can also find a bike path along the river as well.
Odell Brewing Company is a great stop to make when you’re in Fort Collins, too. This is the 2nd brewery I’ve told you about, so you’re going to get your entertainment for sure. Odell Brewing Company is located at 800 East Lincoln Avenue, and there is a gift shop on site as well. You can even take some packaged beers home with you, too, if you want.
Spring Canyon Community Park is located at 2626 West Horseshoe Road, and there is a great playground there as well as walking trails. You can also play basketball and tennis. The park is dog friendly, and people say that the area is very beautiful. What about a picnic? People evidently like to have picnics there, too.
